Our Mission

We at Nexus Collective endeavour to streamline Co-ordination of Supports in matching your needs to a suitably skilled Co-ordinator, thus reducing the “revolving door” that people are experiencing in relation to their plan implementation.

We want to assist you to achieve “bang for buck” so that you have the best opportunity to achieve positive outcomes from your plan through increased self-determination and effective plan implementation.

We are striving to co-ordinate supports effectively, pushing and encouraging the disability sector to do better for all people on the Scheme. We are working to eliminate frustration and confusion in plan implementation and navigation of the National Disability Insurance Scheme.
