ACE Coordination

Hello, I’m Sharon!

I am an experienced and compassionate person who has been employed within the Disability and Community Services Sector for the past 16 years. The roles I have undertaken have allowed me to develop the required skills to connect and work alongside vulnerable families and individuals who require assistance in all areas of their daily life.

As a Support Coordinator, I look forward to getting to know the person behind the plan and:

  • Working together to pursue personal goals
  • Understand the NDIS plan and establish suitable supports
  • Help find the right service providers to suit a person’s individual needs
  • Access supports, action referrals and negotiate a person’s services

My Qualifications include but are not limited to:

  • Introduction to Forensic Disability (University of Melbourne)
  • Graduate Certificate in Community Services, Client Assessment and Case Management (Level 8) (University of Ballarat)
  • Diploma of Community Services Work (University of Ballarat)
  • Certificate IV in Mental Health Work (University of Ballarat)
  • Certificate IV in Disability Work
