Joey has over 25 years of experience in the disability sector, with a focus on forensic disability, mental health, and participants presenting with complex needs.

Joey’s past roles in the government sector included Case management, Disability Justice Coordinator, and Multiple & Complex Needs Initiative (MACNI) Complex Needs Coordinator.

Joey focuses on coordinating all services to work cohesively and in collaboration with a strength-based person-centered approach that aligns with the participant’s goals.

Joey is passionate, resourceful, and flexible in her approach to engaging participants and encouraging them to be the best versions of themselves, while supporting them to navigate community, mainstream and NDIS-funded supports.

Joey has completed Advanced Practice in Forensic Disability Criminology. Advanced Diploma of Disability and Management, Cert IV in Mental Health, Cert IV in Alcohol & Other Drugs, and Cert IV in Disability.

Joey prides herself on her unique style of work and adapting to the needs of her participants in the complex needs space.
