Tanya has been employed by Nexus Advantage as a Support Coordinator for the last 2 ½ years and during this time has been mentored and trained by the Nexus Collective team.

Now as an independent Support Coordinator, Tanya works alongside all members within the Collective providing a wealth of knowledge and support.

Tanya as a Support Coordinator has a keen interest in the Justice system and currently as a case load including Justice participants, neuro diverse and those with intellectual and physical disabilities, mental health and high complexities and needs.

Previously, Tanya has worked in disability administration for four years which has assisted her in gaining experience in the industry. Further to this, Tanya was a legal assistant in a local Ballarat and Melbourne criminal legal firm for seven years offering her a solid understanding of the criminal justice system.

Tanya is passionate about being a Support Coordinator and endeavours to provide quality and prompt support at the highest level. Tanya has a great work ethic, attention to detail and thrives on supporting participants to navigate their NDIS plan.
