Cindy has almost 20 years’ experience working in the health care and disability sector, including nursing, service coordination, and individual support. Cindy has worked in both government and non-government organisations, primarily in residential accommodation settings, and in a variety of roles and positions, with 8 years in management and leadership roles.
Cindy has completed a Bachelor of Nursing, Advanced Diploma of Community Sector Management (Disability and Case Management) along with various other human service qualifications. Cindy continues to develop her knowledge to ensure she’s up to date with best-practice skills, and strategies, to support her role in Support Coordination.
Cindy has supported a diverse group of people with ranging diagnoses and has found a passion for supporting people with degenerative diseases, complex trauma, terminal illnesses, rare diseases, and high complexities / high needs.
As an independent Support Coordinator, both level 2 and Specialist, Cindy supports these clients and their families to navigate the ever-changing NDIS landscape, and assists them to link in with other mainstream supports.
Cindy provides a warm, friendly and holistic approach to her support, striving to connect individuals with tailored support, to help them feel empowered and achieve the best outcome based on their unique circumstances.
