Rohan and Jennifer have varied histories in disability across both Victoria and NSW with over 50 years of experience in the sector between them.
They are highly skilled administrators holding tertiary qualifications in disability, education, and business management. Their skills, knowledge and expertise garnered over their individual careers have culminated in their joint partnership and the establishment of Nexus Advantage.
Working with the State Government when Support Co-ordination was rolled out in 2018 has seen both Rohan and Jenny involved in the delivery of this support since its inception in Victoria. They work with people with varying support needs, across Victoria, assisting with the implementation of plans for people who interface with the Justice, Child Protection, Education and Health systems, exploring mainstream and informal support options to establish effective, long term supports.
As the NDIS and all supports within the Scheme continue to evolve, Support Co-ordination is an exciting space to work in. Rohan and Jenny enjoy the challenge that accompanies remaining abreast of new developments to ensure that all participants are provided with current working knowledge in the implementation of their plans.
To this end they have established a team of highly competent support co-ordinators who each bring specific skill sets and knowledge to their participants.
In the foundation of The Nexus Collective, Rohan and Jenny are fortunate to work alongside exceptional peers within a formalised platform of collaboration. This enhances the delivery of supports to all participants, enabling the best outcomes for each and every person supported across the Collective.
The team approach embodied by the Collective positions each member to provide individualised supports in highly complex situations, whilst remaining contemporary in the delivery of this very specialised area of support.
